One of the most common questions I receive is: "How are you? What's new?" and my answer is almost always the same - "Same old, work and what not." I wish one of these days I could give a different answer. I've always thought of getting a hobby but I'm not the craftiest or most sporty person in the world. One of my passions has always been writing and so for the last 3 years I've attempted to start a blog, however my attempts have never been a success.
In the past year and a half I have developed a passion for fitness and wellness. I am by no means an expert but I love to read articles and do research on a lot of topics and have learned facts along the way. I figured what better way to tie up my passion for fitness and writing then to start a lifestyle blog about health and fitness. I will also write about other things I enjoy like travelling and beauty and of course food.
